The Address The Boulevard is a 72-storey hotel/residential tower with an approximate height of 368 meters. Designed by Emaar Properties and designed by Atkins, it is one of the tallest buildings in Dubai, located in the city center. It ranks sixth in the Address Hotels + Resorts list and is an important addition to the Emaar Hospitality Group portfolio. Conveniently located near Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, this complex has a transport interchange that connects it to the Burj Khalifa Tower, Dubai Mall and Dubai Mall Metro Station. The project was launched in 2012 and completed in early 2017, with a total of 532 serviced residences and 196 luxury five-star hotel rooms for guests. The tower consists of a variety of residential apartments. There are duplexes and penthouses.
